I'm not sure what your question is asking, Errioxa. Caffeine is Google's current infrastructure. Everything they do runs on Caffeine, so that naturally includes Panda.
I thought the general understanding of Panda was that it was a thing that was 'run' from time to time on their dataset, but was far too resource-heavy to possibly be included in the ongoing algorithm?
I'd love to be able to cite where I read that, but I really can't remember. Maybe, it was the world's most boring dream.
