Traffic throttling has been around for ages IMO, I can look at GA and see the same amount of visitors on each day of the week +- 10, sometimes +- 1 and sometimes 100% THE SAME! With this latest algo we also seem to get spurts of traffic, dead all day then 10 sales in an hour.
