I can't claim any special sauce with this client. They've been doing all the same things people talk about here - eliminating thousands of shallow pages, getting away from manufacturer's descriptions, reining in auto-generated BS.
I think it's more like they caught the wave of this new incarnation of Panda that rolled out this week. And they're still not all the way back, either - just looking better.
