If they throttle traffic, they will have to do it by throttling exposure. How else can they throttle traffic?


Throtling traffic: G. keeps your exposure longer until you reach allocated traffic limit.

Throtling exposure: G. puts the limit on the number of impressions (and wish you a good luck with the CTR).

If they do throtle exposure, would good CTR (and the low clickback rate) result in the increase of the exposure limit?
