Google says they only rolled out panda on ENGLISH language international versions, so google.fr, se, es haven't changed yet.

The English content on google.fr and .se, etc. has updated as I'm seeing identical changes to the same data seen in google.com, therefore if you search for English content worldwide you're going to get Panda results.
I checked and doubled checked and triple checked before I posted today so trust me, it's there.
