Oh I see. Yeah, those would be different as expected. But what I am suggesting is...suppose Panda just got unleashed last night to France, Spain, et al., the rankings would reflect the algorithm's assessment of the site at the time of deployment (or last data collection, probably within the last 72 hours). So if someone like me observes their site ranking well on Panda in Spain, France, etc, it MIGHT indicate how the site will rank when a re-ranking occurs in the U.S. It makes sense because a borderline site that has cleaned up over the past 6 weeks would be expected to rank well on Panda -- this could be the indicator.
