Here's where I stand: I did get some long tail referrals (something I actually have on my pages) and it's obvious that there's a change, but nothing to jump from joy.

It could also be that Google has temporary removed a filter or two or the SERPS are temporary. However, something has changed or will change since this is the telltale of an update (odd SERPS, deep crawling and site:domain a mess)
