I've been seeing the same thing--even for WebmasterWorld. I used to type in webmaster and get the home page for WW in the top ten SERPs. But lately it's been offering this page: Webmaster General: Got questions or comments regarding your site not covered in another board?. WebmasterWorld Webmaster General. www.webmasterworld.com/webmaster/

Makes Perfect sense. Brett is telling Google that the site has a lot of things and /webmaster is for webmasters. Perfectly logical.
