stevelibby, they are ads and ads. The graphic, in house, ones get a pass IMO, since you need to have 'good' content to sell ads. The Google (and other text) ones on the other hand are for everyone, including the cr@piest 'content'.
On another note: Googlebot has so far today gotten 50% of my pages. Indexing has not slowed at all during these times.
