Very smart, according to what I've seen in forums or demoted sites. We've also heard the same from Google.

Too many ads are an obvious one to me, so I would cut down drastically and if Adsense makes only a bit, remove it totally. Why take the chance?

Looks like we're in for a 60-9 day penalty. Google is showing us who the boss is. They are so sure that their alpha algorithm is right that they were keeping us out of business for at least 2 months.
