There are a few reports in the various threads of gradually improving rankings for some affected sites - but no one is saying full recovery right now that I've seen. I work with one site that saw some bounce back, but again traffic is maybe 30% recovered.

By the way, that site made no changes at all - because the traffic they lost was poorly targeted anyway and rarely converted.
