I'm wondering if this new Farm update undid some of that progress against scrapers?

For lack of more understandable terminology:
Makes sense; don't they usually roll the algo and then re-install the filters on top of it?

ADDED: I think that was actually stated as the way they do it by the GoogleGuy who used to post here, but I'm not 100% sure.

IMO the the scraper update was a filter, but this one is definitely algo...
Yeah, they both effect the algo and rankings, but I can't think of another way to describe what I'm thinking, so let's not split hairs, please? Thanks! lol
