I am not really seeing any of the adsense heavy weights chiming in here and their websites being affected.

Don't consider myself a heavy weight (although my doc says I have to drop 30 lbs!)but wanted to chime in. So far, so good. No unusual ups or downs accross about 500 pages in 10 niches. Adsense is on every one of these pages. Been with AS about 6 years now, and its been a thoroughly positive experience.

I was kind of expecting to see a niche sector or two at least to show movement one way or the other. Perhaps its too early to tell...
