Hey gduffield, sucks to hear about your situation. I know the feeling well, as do others i suspect on here, having gone through that personally.

It's tough to hear Google rabbit on about quality, put heaps of working into delivering that quality, only to get deranked by a crap site.

It's even tougher to hear Matt Cutts from Google say 'we've fixed something' when in reality they have screwed it up...
