- we work on this site daily, 4 people on 2 shifts.
- hundreds of thousands of natural links from gov to fortune 100 bus
- 13 years old
- all high quality handmade content built by experts
- drop dead awesome design
- 25k facebook fans
- 900k stumbles
- 5k twitter followers
- pageload faster then 98.3% of websites
- vanilla SEO
- basically everything Google preaches to do

YoY traffic decrease of 45% from Google

Site B
- 8 year old site
- site was a project I never completed
- terrible design, way out of date
- pageload faster then 50% of websites
- 50 or so IBL's
- no content updated in 8 years
- no social networking
- extremely out of date and borderline useless content
- basically everything Google preaches NOT to do

YoY Google traffic increase of 1700%
