Good points SevenCubed, especially the one about having a visually appealing presentation. To add to that, it must be visually appealing in micro-sized image.

The flash thing is a temporary bug. They're going to come out with a fix. Once they do then Flash might be an alternative way to serve a better presentation to Google.
