@scottsonline: site is b2c mainly, around 150k uniques a day, lower on the weekends.

today is coming along almost exactly like last monday... BUT I see results shifting faster and stronger since yesterday for the keys I monitor.

something is moving faster than before. maybe a last clean up for Christmas season?
