I'm a bit frustrated because it still hasn't rolled out for me. But during the testing phase I saw, most of the results were organic. Even though they had a red Places tag (click on that and you go to a Places page) the main result, including the click-through URL, title and snippet were organic. The red Places tag just made them LOOK like Local Search results.
