Clark you have it right. If they cared about the most accurate organic results the resources that are being spent elsewhere would be discovering the same spam patterns I am in just a few niches. Each day I watch new businesses bounce to first with the addition of 20-40 new php dhdhwgaeki.com backlinks.
We all gave google way more information than we should have and now theyre using it to shape our thoughts and searches.
What all of you are saying here is great but when I can type a two word keyword set with 1.3 million searches a month and the first result is a month old page, a recently bought expired domain that lists another site in the description - doorway page, I know they put the cart before the horse.
They dont today have the quality results of 12 months ago. Before they can funnel our searches they need to secure a firmer foundation
