Yes, I take them at their word, that the goal they have set out is to know what a person wants even if that person is not sure. That can be read 3 ways:

~ What arrogance!, or
~ How foolhardy!, or
~ That's a brilliant strategy.

They don't care how I read it, but they've said what they've said and I take them seriously, and therefore if that's their goal, then the one thing they don't want is doubt. Doubt is their enemy, because as likely as not it could bring back the wrong results. So...... remove doubt as best you can, and have a better shot of Google getting it right. Now... how to best do that is the challenge.
