I am also having trouble with www's - on wordpress sites which G is not adding the www too.

Eg. the home page now has WWW and say 17 links to it and ranks 21 and the non www which has 329 links to it has been dropped from the results and it used to rank 4

This exact same thing has happened on 3 word press sites I manage in the last while
