if you are referring to not seeing the "cache" link in the serps for your site, it is not necessarily a bad thing. i would double check to make sure you are not using a nocache meta tag
Other than a nocache meta tag, what other reasons could Google have for not showing a cache link in the SERPs?
I recently noticed an old page that used to have a cache link, but doesn't now. The page is still doing well in the rankings and getting just as much traffic from Google. It puzzles me that the cache link disappeared, and I'm wondering if anyone can explain it.
