So the question is, how many of you are seeing the throttling without having Analytics set up?

I have it up but if they're using analytics to throttle/monitor traffic levels....couldn't they use adsense and things like the doubleclick ad management software as well? I mean you'd have to strip google completely from your site in order to know whether or not they're using the data their services collect against you.

Right?
