I'd think long and hard about it - are you sure you don't want that traffic to see anything at all from you? After all, those folks also have laptops and desktops, too. Get them hooked on your quality and they could become very loyal.
I honestly would NOT block them, I'd work to give them a better experience. It's a marketing opportunity - really.
