I see no problem with CSS if it's done right.

I've been thinking of doing the same thing to my 12 year old site with a 12 year old code (it was done in Frontpage, LOL, and still uses that code). This thread, though, made me nervous.

My questions are:

1 - Is it better to change slowly, e.g. a few pages at a time, not everything all at once?
2 - What is the right way to CSS a site?
