I think most people don't change search engines nowadays. People have by settled with the SE they like. Don't expect the numbers to change much.

Besides, I haven't seen Google advertising in a big way. Bing has done more advertising but I don't know if it's helped much.

Nobody has really given any compelling reasons to switch SEs.
