wmt is a inaccurate for us. I am utterly befuddled by it. It is off by a factor of 20-30 on big keywords. We do more in a day than they say we have done in a month. For me, the only thing wmt is good for, is for GoogleBot errors.

I think it makes the decision to spend more time on SMO and less on Google a lot easier in my opinion.


... I find I get more sleep when I forget Google exists. It helps to switch your default engine to something 'not Google'. Seriously - try it for a week.
