TheMadScientist actually I have and my results are based on what I said. I don't bring up anything just ask what SE they use and are they satisfied with what results they are getting. The general public doesn't spend the time we do on the serps. They do a search then go away maybe to do the same search in a week maybe never, so really the vast majority of the public isn't aware of the shifts going on in the serps right now.

Besides PPC delivers what they are looking for in the top 4 spots.
