Well, it's only a factor in 1% of the English queries done on google.com. And it's only ONE factor at that - kind of a tie-breaker, I'd say.

But I hope this pushes some of the hosting services who are just coasting right now (especially those with big names) to get off their butt and offer something a bit more like "service".
