From what I see, 209.85.225.103 is now only showing one set of results.
For the last several weeks I have been watching that data center produce two discrete results for a specific two word search term. I must have done it 100 times. One set of results matched what I saw in regular Google, another was slightly different.

Now 209.85.225.103 only shows the "slightly different" (presumably Caffeine results) and this set of results has remained fairly consistent for weeks now.

These results they are still different from what I see in regular Google. So from my perspective, I would presume 209.85.225.103 is Caffeinated and still different from what I see in regular Google.
