Page is a not externally linkable

The problem is, I've lost out on a ton of links as people don't know how to link to a specific post. Instead they tend to copy and paste the content onto a forum or their blog what I wrote. :( I was thinking of making the section of the page blog style so they could link to the post, but would there be some sort of downfall to having 50+ blog links on a page. With the content being so short I think I'd run into duplicate issues, and thin pages as the content would be the same on the original page, and the "linked page." My question would be should I just keep going this way, or try out something out where users can link to the short posts, before and after they are archived. Any suggestions?
I have a very large page that contains a ton of info (almost too much for the first time visitor). The page gets updated with daily posts almost like a blog, but I keep the updates very short, usually only 3 or 4 sentences. Once a month, I'll copy that content, delete it from the main page and archive the old updates to a new page.
