I can confirm from the comparisons I see between common DC's I am querying and Caffeine that at the moment that framework does NOT seem to be displaying penalized websites the same.

This could mean many things I suppose - the penalties are lifted, portions of the system are incomplete, or the penalties and related factors will be reapplied later.

What is interesting is that the initial link (for me) now shows full ads, but mimics the exact same SERP's that were shown last night on different DC's. Whatever differences there were on that sandbox url are now matched with regular serps.
