Thanks for clarifying 301 redirect in this case. I meant couple of sites used same url structure as mine and titles which were quite similar, i even emailed few of my competitors to tell them to have unique meta titles and bit different url structure.

Well, its only me who seems to be affected in that niche, my competitors are huge organizations and i out ranked them on most of terms.
