Is it possible that failed GA calls (404) are part of this? I've been getting them for over a year now and recently they've increased a bit.

/google-analytics.com/ga.js

I probably see upwards of 150/200 of those per day on sites that I monitor that type of activity. We've narrowed it down to the second GA call failing but that is about it. Would this Ajax thingy have any affect on those JS calls?
