also seeing a page shown at WMT as page with highest pagerank that just couldn't possibly be correct. A deep page within the site without external inbounds showing as highest rather than the homepage for November. October was showing the homepage as highest, and "Data not available at this time" for December.

There are some potential issues that have reduced the number of pages in the index dramatically during the time period, and we have made adjustments to hopefully fix this. Not a 950 penalty, as pages that are in the index are ranking fine.

Wondering how this "page with the highest pagerank" issue might be related to the indexing issues.
