People gotta stop looking at the authority sites that went "missing" as a "penalty"/problem.
If you missed the "Ghost Dataset(TM)", you're missing a huge part of what's going on.
Since 220.127.116.11 is still around and looking ugly, this isn't over yet... won't probably be over til after the New Year
