To be honest, it's a bit of a mystery to me, and I'm at a loss to find a consistent pattern in which sites perform better or worse for different letter case combinations. Note that the vast majority of searches are all lowercase, though, so I would make that your primary target. There's variation in searcher behaviour for things like certain brand names and acronyms as I recall.
