Upon a closer look to that I found very low ocurrences of 3 word keyphrases so I'm not convinced of that point. Are you targetting 2 or 3?
A well known source mentioned targetting 3 words keyprases is better than 2.
Reason: you get the users "ready to buy" instead general search audience. Also is easier to rank to 3 words.
