Another site I have was penalized for a long time and started to come back a couple of weeks ago... visible PR on this site is seeing no change. BL's have bounced around a bit as well.
It's unclear if it is "penalty lifting" related. The site when from PR 2 down to 1. It's an ecomm site, little less that one year old, and very few IB links (it has no outbound links).
