I suppose all the people using Analytics are being hit too, they must be SEO's also, oh and everyone whom has a server, they must be SEO's, or use adwords, they must be SEO's. You get the picture. Also Google collects all the data in WMT whether you have an account or not, it is used to rank sites, so it has to, by signing up all you are saying is that the data interests you, you are not admitting to anything else.
