I'd like to hear experiences of 950 penalized sites and how long did take to recover rankings after cause was corrected.

Once the "offending" cause is fixed I guess site should recover ranking health, and I guess since site is crawled and updated some time passes, but I also guess must be a "punishment" component in time too.

In your case how long it was? 1 month? 3 months?
