So Can I decide who my users are? Some sites have their user base in US only. Some "Users" in US that are specifically located(IP based) and coming from a known COLO/Hosting Ranges get the same exact treatment as a users that is coming from(IP based) and searching(referral) for given sites' contact info and are coming from West Africa.
