Yes, supps can revert back to real pages. As of last week, I've completely recovered from supp land, and traffic has quadrupled! In my communication with Matt Cutts I was told that my issue was simply a matter of PR- and it looks as though this was the case. I simply week on a two week link aquisition campaign and 2 months later... back in the game.
