Overnight, I have lost rankings on two sites. For these 2 sites, the site command no longer shows the homepage first.

Yesterday, the site command worked properly (listing homepage first) and I had good rankings.

Sites are 6 years old.

Do others who have lost their rankings also have a problem with the site:example.com not showing the homepage first?
