That's the first thing I work on when I lose a page. I start looking around the net for sites that might be interested in deep linking to the specific page.

I also look for pages on my sites that are doing well in Google that are closely related to the missing page and I do a one way link to the missing page.

I really am not sure it helps but it seems a logical thing to try. Usually the page comes back a month or so later.

I know some of you have lost so many pages though. It must be overwhelming.
