Google matches web content against the search term. period.

in this case, I think you've picked the wrong target for your concerns. few people search for domain.com (other than site owners. Why would they? If they know the domain they seek, they'll go straight there.

Get in the habit of searching for the terms your desired audience will search for; far more useful - and the results will be relevant your aims for your site.

"webmaster searches", even if the results are 'perfect', are of little use beyond vanity :)
