As for widgets.com.cn when viewing source they also have widgets.com, I don,t think its anything to do with geolocation its just that they also have widgets.com in code thats not hyperlink.
as in www.widgets.com as opposed to hyperlink. Check the results in google and look at the bold standing out in every listing.
