Well, it is now deployed as the default Google homepage.

The default is whichever you selected last... ie, if you're on Classic Home and click the iGoogle link on the upper right of the classic page, you'll henceforth be redirected to iGoogle every time you go to google.com... every time, ie, until you click on the Classic Home link on the upper right of the iGoogle home page, or until you delete your cookie.
