I'd say no, just make sure you use some of them in some key pages - make sure you don't keep your copy on too tight a leash. Overdoing synonyms and semantically related keywords can make your term co-occurence factor way too high, and that can trigger a spam detection filter. Those mixmaster, autogenerated scraper pages can end up with just this kind of a footprint.
