Other "duplicate content" problems occur when the same site is seen at www and non-www and/or can be seen at multiple domains. Fix those by using the 301 redirect.
Hitting the "Repeat search with omitted results included" message after only a few results is often an indication of a specific type of "duplicate content" problem: using the same, or too similar, title and/or meta description on multiple pages, and/or having pages with visible content that is too similar, or pages that are identical. Fix the wording to no longer be similar.
